This room is really calmly at it is far from the living room and kitchen areas and it has a private acces to the exterior terrace.
350 €/month and person
All prices include bills (gas, water, electriciy and community expenses), internet WiFi, cleaning service of the common areas once a week and cleaned sheets and towels every month.

This is a nice, sunny and big apartment located in Grà cia neighbourhood, one of the best neighbourhoods for young people in Barcelona. It is next to FGC Grà cia station and 5 minutes walking to Fontana (L3) metro station.
Located in the city center of Barcelona, it has a total of 5 rooms, a huge living room with sofas, big screen TV, a big table to share your meals with your flatmates and a huge exterior window to enjoy the natural light. There is also a tottally equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, owen and all utensils for cooking and eating. There are 2 bathrooms at the apartment, one with shower and the other one with bathtub and a little toilette.
The best part of this apartment is the huge exterior terrace where you will be able to enjoy the sun and good weather.
In the same building we have another apartment for students so you will have more young people living in the same place.
