This is a huge, cool and exterior room for 2 people. It has 2 single beds, 2 bed tables, 2 wardrobes with hangers, 2 mirrors and a huge exterior window facing to the street with nice views.

 

In the working area there are 2 desks and 2 chairs, 2 bulletin boards, 2 desk lamps and 2 paper bins. There are also 2 buckets of dirty clothes to prepare your laundry. 

 

350 €/month and person

 

All prices include bills (gas, water, electriciy and community expenses), internet WiFi, cleaning service of the common areas once a week and cleaned sheets and towels every month.

Apartment Details

 

 

This is a nice, sunny and big apartment located in Gràcia neighbourhood, one of the best neighbourhoods for young people in Barcelona. It is next to FGC Gràcia station and 5 minutes walking to Fontana (L3) metro station.

Located in the city center of Barcelona, it has a total of 5 rooms, a huge living room with sofas, auxiliar tables, TV, DVD player, huge table with chairs and an amazing huge window; a nice kitchen tottally equipped with owen, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and all the utensils for cooking and eating; there is one big bathroom with bathtube and a small toilette. There is also an interior laundry with the dishwasher and some space to put your clothes.

 

In the same building we have another apartment for international students so you will have more young people close to you during your stay.
