This is an amazing cute and huge exterior room with big double bed, 2 bed tables, big wardrobe with hangers, shelves, mirror and big exterior window with a little private balcony facing to the street.
In the working area there ir a big desk with a desk lamp, a chair, a paper bin, shelves and a bulletin board.
There is also a bucket of dirty clothes to prepare your laundry and a clothes line.
550 €/month
All prices include bills (gas, water, electriciy and community expenses), internet WiFi, cleaning service of the common areas once a week and cleaned sheets and towels every month.
Apartment Details
This is a cool apartment located on the heart of Barcelona in the old town. It is next to the Barcelona's Cathedral and Las Ramblas, 6 minutes walking to Plaça Catalunya and 12 minutes walking to the beach.
The closests metro stations are Liceu (L3) and Jaume I (L4). You can also walk to Plaça Catalunya where you can find metro, train and FGC services.
This is a big apartment with 6 rooms. There is a spacious hall, a cool living room with sofa, armchairs, shelves and a big table to share your meals with your flatmates. There is a big kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster and all utensils for cooking and eating. There is a little retro toilette and a big renewed bathroom with shower. Also, there is a laundry room with the washing machine and some space to dry your clothes.
